2. Minutes: To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 9th May 2017 
 
3. Matters Arising: To receive reports of matters arising from those Minutes: for update and information only 
 
4. Declarations of Interest: To record declarations of interests not already recorded in the current Members’ Register of Interests 
 
5. Public Participation: To adjourn the meeting to allow public participation including:

6. Planning: To consider planning applications and to receive District Council’s decisions made on planning applications received before the meeting  
New applications:  

a) Pickwick House Grange Road, 3PL/2017/0630/VAR. Variation of conditions 2, 4 and 7 to 3PL/2016/0228/F - changes to approved drawings, details of boundary treatment, and archaeological scheme of investigation.

b) NEW BUCKENHAM: Village Green: 3PL/2017/0510/A. Erection of village community noticeboard (Applicant: New Buckenham Parish Council)

d) The Retreat – Market Place – Listed Building application for provision of replacement front windows, re-roofing, re-pointing and repair of chimney stacks: approved
