Councillors are summoned and the public are invited to attend a meeting of New Buckenham Parish Council at the Village Hall, Moat Lane ,New Buckenham on Tuesday 12th July at 7.30pm

      1.Apologies: To consider apologies for absence

  

       2.Minutes: To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 14th June 2022 as a correct record

​

      3.Matters Arising: To receive reports on matters arising from the Parish Council minutes. Update on BOAT deferred to Septembers           meeting as Councillor A Bingham is currently unavailable.  (for update and information only)

     

      4.Declarations of Interest: To record declarations of interests not already recorded in the current Members’ Register of Interests                and to consider requests for dispensation.

      5.Public participation: To suspend the meeting to enable public participation, including:

       a. District and County Councillor Report 

       b. Chair and Parish Councillor Reports-update on defibrillator and Village Gateway progress.

       c.​Parishioners’ Comments & Questions

 

     6.Financial Matters:

        a. To receive a financial and quarterly budget monitoring for the month and quarter ending June 2022

        b. To consider quotation for a full 5 year electrical inspection and certification of the NBPC streetlights.

        c. To consider annual insurance quotes as our current provider is withdrawing their services.

        d. To approve payments for July 2022 

        e. To review the amenities costings report, (cemetery, allotments and cricket pitch) agreeing any changes with timescales for                      implementation.

       

     7.Planning: To consider planning applications received since the last meeting and to note planning decisions notified since last                                       meeting.

 

     8.Amenities: To consider any issues raised regarding the following:

       a. Grounds Maintenance

       b. Closed Churchyard

       c. Cemetery

       d. Allotments

       e. Play Area/ cricket pitch

        f. Public Footpaths

     

     9.Community Car Scheme

       

     10. Neighbourhood Plan

     11. Succession Planning- Carrying forward to September as several councillors are away this month.

     12.Green Issues- CAN proposals

        

     13.County Broadband

​

The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Tuesday 13th September 2022.
