2. Minutes: To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 8th May 2018
 
3. Matters Arising: To receive reports of matters arising from those Minutes: for update and information only 
 
4. Declarations of Interest: To record declarations of interests not already recorded in the current Members’ Register of Interests

6. Planning: To consider planning applications and to note the District Council’s decisions made on planning applications received before the meeting  
New applications:  

3PL/2018/0620/HOU  Rose Cottage Chapel Street, -Demolish garage & replace with cart shed & store. Demolish outdoor toilet & shed to create new patio area with French doors to existing sitting room. Remove rear lean-to kitchen, bathroom & lobby structure & propose replacement enlarged two storey rear extension with open porch & associated internal alterations

(a) To receive a financial report from the Clerk for the month of May 2018

(c) To approve the Annual Governance Statement in the 2017/18 Annual Return

(d) To approve the Accounting Statements in the 2017/18 Annual Return

(e) To approve the signing of the 2017/18 Annual Return

(f) To adopt the Accounts for 2017/18
 

8. Parish Partnership Funding 2019/20

To consider whether to put forward any projects for Parish Partnership Funding from Norfolk County Council  for 2019/20. (Copy letter from the Chairman of the County Council' s Environment, Development and Transport Committee attached)

9. Neighbourhood Plan 

 

To discuss any relevant issues relating to the Neighbourhood Plan

10. Moat Lane: Pothole repairs

To consider a request  received from the acting Chair of the Village Hall Trust regarding the large pot hole in the road approaching the Hall.

The Trust points out that this  road “Moat Lane is not Village Hall land nor is it highways and it appears that ownership is unknown. On this basis the trust  wondered if the repair work might be “community funded”.  It is currently a risk for the community - pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles and does need attention.  

 

At the moment the Parish Council is being asked to consider this in principle. The Trust are currently getting quotes for the work to establish cost and time, and hope to have these prior to this  meeting.
